Will my application be treated as confidential?
Yes, absolutely, all applications made to Entel will be treated as confidential.
How do I apply for vacancies?
Our live vacancies can be found on our Career Portal. You will be able to review and apply to our live vacancies by clicking the ‘Apply Now’ button.
What does the recruitment process entail?
Our recruitment team manage shortlisting for our roles; which may include an initial call to gather additional information related to your application. Following this there will be a telephone interview; then a face to face competency-based interview which will include for some of assessment. For our senior management positions, we also undertake psychometric assessments to support the interviewing process.
Will I receive feedback?
Due to the high volume of applications we receive we are unable to provide feedback at the application stage. We always endeavour to provide detailed and constructive feedback following telephone and/or face to face interviews.
Why was my application rejected?
All applications are assessed in line with our minimum criteria for that particular role. Should your application not meet or demonstrate your experience to meet these criteria, unfortunately, it will not be progressed through to shortlisting. A rejection for one position without our business will not affect applications for other roles.
