Egyptian Energy plugs into Entel HX400
Egypt’s Ministry of Energy and Electricity, has signed a contract with Entel's Cairo–based dealer, Unigypt, for the delivery of HX482 radios into its distribution company, Canal Electricity Distribution.
The tender was hotly contested by almost all the leading international brands of two–way radio manufacturers, but Entel’s HX482 model eventually won through.
Ali Irteza, Entel’s international sales development manager, said: "According to Unigypt’s managing director, the Entel HX482 delivered in terms of build quality, performance and price."
Since their launch at the end of 2007, the Entel HX400 Series 2.0 radios, including the entry-level HX482, have established themselves internationally as a very competitively priced, attractive and feature-rich range, being taken up by prestigious public and private sector organisations alike.
"This latest energy supplier contract just goes to show," Ali continued, " … that when the HX400 series goes head–to–head with other leading brands, it consistently emerges as a front-runner in terms of quality and value for money."
