Expansion of cross-hire business
Posted on January 01, 2012
Since 2005 Entel has cross-hired tens of thousands of radios to our Dealers world wide. Cross-hire has now become a significant part of Entel’s Land Radio Division’s core business. As a leading manufacturer of handheld portables, Entel holds literally thousands of radios in its base hire stock.
Due to unprecedented demand in 2010, Entel has recently invested heavily in its cross–hiring operation. We have committed greater resources and increased the size and scope of our cross-hire fleet of radios and accessories. In addition to basic UHF radios, Entel also offers VHF, ATEX, 5–Tone and MPT1327 variants.
Entel’s cross-hire business benefits from a streamlined operation that means radios can be prepared, checked and despatched (directly to the end-user if required) at short notice, often the same day. Radios are programmed with default hire channels (which the Dealer can change). Optionally custom configurations can be programmed by Entel prior to dispatch. Collection can also be arranged. Together this service means that, if required, the Dealer only has to place an order, sit back and leave Entel to do the hard work!
More and more dealers, in the UK, in Europe, and even further afield have come to recognise, that for hassle–free, price–competitive cross–hire, Entel cannot be beaten.
For further details on how to arrange cross–hire, dealers can contact Entel via the usual channels.
