Programming Software

Dealers

Dealer programming software can only be downloaded by authorised Entel Dealers from the Dealer Portal (you will need to register / login first).

Please download the programming software you require and its associated USB driver (Installation and programming guides are available in the documents section).

Shipping Companies

Shipping companies must please raise a Support Desk ticket detailing their exact programming requirements.

End-Users

Entel does not directly support End-Users, please contact your Entel dealer for support.

If you are unsure who your Entel Dealer is, please email adminsupport@entelsales.co.uk with the model and serial number of at least one of your radios and they will connect you.

Please note: the End User Programmer software only allows loading of a programming file supplied by your Entel Dealer and collecting diagnostic information from your radios.
