South America's Largest Fishing Fleet Adopts HT644

Peruvian dealer, Marco Peruana (Callao), has won the tender to supply Entel HT644 VHF marine radios, to TASA, the world's largest supplier of fish and fish–based products. The South American fisheries giant, which operates 16 state–of–the–art processing plants, and has 91 vessels operating out of 10 ports on the Peruvian coast, was looking for a radio that could guarantee reliable marine communications in all conditions at sea. After conducting their own rigorous tests, it came down to just two models, the Entel HT644 and a well–known competitor model. Recognising the Entel HT644's superior build quality, comprehensive range of accessories and competitive price, Marco Peruana was able to put the Entel forward, confidently – and win the tender to supply.

Port of Aqaba Upgrades to Entel ATEX HT800
Jordan’s Port of Aqaba has invested in Entel’s HT800 ATEX–certified radios, in the next stage of its show–case development and modernisation plan. Supplied by Entel’s Jordanian dealer, Munir Sukhtain, the Aqaba Port Marine Services company (APMS) is seeking to develop Aqaba, located at the northern tip of the Red Sea, into the region’s port of choice for commercial and passenger traffic. The Entel radios will be used aboard its own fleet of state–of–the–art tugs and support vessels and were chosen by their procurement officers for their rugged dependability and submersibility.

Major Indian Shipyard opts for Entel’s Series 2.0 ATEX
